The Quiet Problem

Terms

Terms, in English

Short, because there is not much to say and I would rather you read it than scroll past it.

01What this is, and is not

This website, the book and the course offer psychological education and support for erectile difficulties and performance anxiety. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace seeing a doctor. If erection problems persist, see a GP or a sexual health clinic — there is a page here about how to do that.

Nothing here promises a particular outcome. I do not believe anybody can honestly promise one, and I would be wary of anyone who did.

02The book and the course

Buying either gives you a personal licence to read, watch and use the material yourself. Please do not copy, share, resell or upload it — not chiefly for commercial reasons, but because material about this subject circulating without context does more harm than good.

Course access is [COURSE ACCESS TERMS]. Refunds: [REFUND POLICY]. Under UK consumer law, digital content bought online normally carries a fourteen-day cancellation right unless you have agreed to immediate access and waived it — which the checkout will ask you about clearly.

03Sessions

Sessions are booked one at a time; there is no block to commit to. Fees are [SESSION FEE] per [LENGTH]-minute session, payable [WHEN/HOW].

Cancellation: [CANCELLATION POLICY]. If I have to cancel, you are not charged and I will offer the earliest alternative I have.

Either of us may end the work at any point. If I think you would be better served elsewhere I will say so and, where I can, suggest where.

04The usual small print

I keep this site accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or always available. External links are provided for usefulness and I am not responsible for what is on other people’s websites.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the law of [ENGLAND AND WALES?].

Complaints go to me first, at the email below, and I would genuinely rather hear them. If that does not resolve it, [PROFESSIONAL BODY COMPLAINTS ROUTE].
